PRE-CONSTRUCTION
We received final site plan approval from the City of Douglas City Council in August 2024 for the residential phase.
Commercial plans have been approved but will need to be renewed. -

PHASE I: SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
Fall 2025 - Summer 2025
Infrastructure improvements and utility connections will lay the groundwork for single family home sites. Home construction may begin as early as Spring 2026 for sites along St. Peter’s Drive, and remaining sites Summer 2026.
